Role Overview
Location: Brent, London.
We are looking for a Floating Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Criminal Justice - Mental Health accommodation team. The floating support worker will empower a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing, supporting a staffing rota offering care from 8am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Empower and support a caseload of service users to manage their health and well-being.
- Support staffing rota and provide care from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Actively monitor wellbeing, mental health, housing and living environment to ensure service users journey into independence.
- Take a solution-focused and co-produced approach to supporting users with their move-on into independent living.

- Quick learner who can gather and process detailed information accurately.
- Make informed decisions and share relevant information appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Work constructively and collaboratively in high-pressure environments with individuals displaying challenging behaviour.
