With the owner's experience spanning across some of the country's top kitchens, even working alongside Marcus Wareing as an experienced Chef, you are sure to take your skills and culinary wonders to the next level. You will be rewarded with great working conditions and on-the-job training by a talented chef who has worked in Michelin restaurants worldwide.
What we need from you as a Junior Sous Chef:
- Previous experience working in a rosette-level kitchen
- A minimum of 5 years experience cooking at a high standard
- A team player and keen to learn more
- Must be able to drive or live in the area
What the role involves:
- Running a section in the kitchen and supporting the head chef with duties such as ordering, stock control, managing staff, and running the kitchen when the head chef is off
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per year
Hours: Working 48-54 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday, with shifts from 9:30 am to 10 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 7 pm on Sundays. Flexibility may be available once the team is full.
