The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and guest-focused
Floor Manager who leads by example and is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.
From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the daily restaurant operation on the floor, ensuring seamless service, personalized guest engagement and exceptional dining experiences.
- Support the F&B Manager with rostering, scheduling and administrative tasks, helping to ensure efficient team planning and smooth restaurant operations.
- Act as a visible host, building genuine guest relationships and responding proactively to guest needs and feedback
- Lead, coach and motivate the service team, fostering a culture of professionalism, hospitality and service excellence
- Ensure luxury service standards are consistently delivered and every guest interaction reflects the values of the Colbert Collection
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless and memorable luxury guest journey.
- Support the training and development of team members, helping to build confidence, product knowledge and service skills
- Monitor reservations, service flow and operational priorities to maintain service excellence and efficiency throughout each shift.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and operational procedures at all times
- How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural hosting presence
- Hands‑on approach with exceptional attention to detail and operational excellence
