For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a

F&B Manager who brings creativity, commercial thinking and strong leadership together, and who enjoys being present in the operation every day.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in an environment where quality, individuality and hands on leadership define success.

  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Shape and lead the entire Restaurant & Bar experience - from restaurants operations to bars and events - ensuring consistency, profitability and a distinctive guest journey
  • Keep the F&B concept dynamic by staying close to London's dining scene, identifying trends and translating them into relevant, high quality offerings for our guests
  • Take ownership of standards, hygiene and compliance, ensuring exceptional quality and sanitation across all outlets in line with Minor Hotels guidelines
  • Manage commercial performance through thoughtful budgeting, menu engineering, pricing and cost control, always balancing creativity with financial responsibility
  • Build, lead and inspire a strong team by training, coaching and leading from the floor, creating a culture of pride, accountability and service excellence
  • How can you succeed in this role
  • A proven Restaurant & Bar Manager, Food & Beverage Manager or senior F&B leader with experience in the luxury hospitality sector, ideally within London
  • A strong sense for quality, service and culinary detail, combined with a clear commercial mindset
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and retain teams in a hands on environment
  • Experience managing budgets, costs and supplier relationships within a high standards operation
  • A natural host with presence, professionalism and the ability to lead by example
