For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and skilled

Chef de Partie to play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

This position is ideal for a chef who takes pride in quality, consistency and attention to detail, while thriving in a luxury hospitality and fine dining environment.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.

From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and deliver dishes consistently, maintaining quality, taste and presentation standards at all times.
  • Ensure your section is fully prepared for service and operates efficiently throughout each shift.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards within your section.
  • Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
  • How can you succeed in this role
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for high-quality ingredients and modern cuisine.
  • Excellent understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations and service standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to support and guide junior team members.
  • Commitment to culinary excellence and continuous development.
