We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our specialist residential service at Low Laithes, Bansley. You will be responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of support staff to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centred care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers' practice is the primary focus of this role along with influencing staff performance and acting as an excellent role model.
