Support Worker - Dragonby Road (Days)

You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. If you live outside of Scunthorpe, a Driving License and vehicle are required as public transport is not available at the correct times.

We are looking for Support Workers with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing and caring, but with a calm demeanor when needed. Experience is not required; just the right attitude and shared values. We will provide first-class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We support your progression, including Level 2 qualification support to become a fully qualified Support Worker.
