About The Role

Low Laithes, part of the Hesley Group, is looking for positive and engaging Support Workers to join our team. We take pride in supporting people with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs. The role involves supporting people to become as independent as possible and helping them access new experiences. You will enjoy days out to the seaside, cinema trips and other exciting activities that the people we support enjoy. Our excellent training will ensure that you are fully equipped to be the best Support Worker you can be. You will join a team that focuses on providing support of the highest quality, safeguarding and promoting the needs of the people we support. Hours of Work

Full time, average of 37 hours per week. Weekdays: Early 07:30 – 14:45, Late 13:15 – 21:45. Weekends: Early 07:30 – 13:45, Late 13:15 – 21:45. Working a flexible rota benefits both the people we support and colleagues, allowing a better work‑life balance while still providing person‑centred care. Our shift patterns offer colleagues the opportunity to work varied hours or shifts per week, ensuring support from engaged and motivated staff.

About You

No two days are the same. The role is filled with different and interesting activities on a daily basis and offers more than just a job. You don't need experience, but it is essential that you share our values. A positive attitude and a desire to improve the lives of those with a learning disability will be recognised. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career. Due to current workforce planning requirements, we are prioritising applications from candidates with indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK.
