Hesley Village are looking to appoint a Senior Secretary to join the Administrative Team. You will be responsible for actively contributing to administrative duties and additionally acting as line manager to other staff in the team. This is a key role because there is a significant quality assurance aspect to it, ensuring that, in addition to your own work, the work produced by other team members also reaches high standards. You will be a confident individual with strong administrative and IT skills. You will have exceptional organisational skills and will ensure a reliable and competent service is provided. Quality assurance and confidentiality will be important, as will a proactive and professional approach to all tasks. This is a permanent position working Monday‑Friday 08:30am‑4.30pm.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration (may achieve this whilst in post)
  • Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment
  • Experience of organising multiple tasks and managing own time
  • Ability to use current versions of Microsoft Office applications competently (Word, Excel, Outlook)
