As a Support Worker you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities.

The people we support lead very active lives and enjoy activities such as theme parks and funfair rides, swimming, cycling, gym sessions and days out β€” so we're looking for colleagues who feel confident getting involved and supporting them with the things they love.

No two days will be the same and you will be part of creating memories for the people we support.

While the contracted hours
are 37 per week, the majority of shifts will be long days, as these best suits
the lifestyle, routines and preferences of the people we support.

Your shift
pattern can be discussed but must meet the needs of the service.

Shifts include
mornings (07:15–14:45), afternoons (14:15–21:45), long days and weekend work.
