As a Support Worker you would support adults with autism, learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. If you have a keen interest in one even better! Hours of work - Full-time average of 37 hours per week. 4 on 2 off. Weekdays: Earlies 07:15 - 15:00, Lates 13:45 - 21:30. Weekends: Earlies 07:15 - 15:00, Lates 14:00 - 21:45.
We are looking for Support Workers who have a 'can do' attitude, with a calm and empathetic nature. We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren't essential for the role. Above all, we are looking for someone who identifies with our core values of putting people first, being passionate about quality, prioritising safety and being progress focused.
If you hold a valid UK driving licence it is expected that you will also drive fleet/Motability vehicles as your role will also include ensuring that people we support can access their local community and undertake activities. We are committed to building a stable and sustainable workforce to ensure that we provide the best continuity of care for the people we support.
