At Meadow View, we are seeking engaging and positive Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will provide outstanding support to help individuals live more independent, dignified, and happy lives. We value forward thinkers who can suggest new ideas to develop a person’s opportunities and skills, from gardening to cooking nutritious meals.

Support work often involves community activities outside the individuals\’ homes, such as walking, cinema visits, or trips to the seaside. We seek flexible, open-minded support workers to facilitate these activities.

You will have a strong support network from the Meadow View management team. We work proactively to ensure the best support for staff, so even if you\’re new to care, you\’ll have guidance and support.

Shift patterns for this role:

Early shifts: Weekdays 7:30am – 2:45pm; Weekends 7:30am – 1:45pm

Lates: Weekdays 1:45pm – 10pm; Weekends 1:15pm – 10pm

About You

We seek Support Workers with a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing, caring, and calm when needed. Experience is not required, but sharing our values is essential. If you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with learning disabilities, we will support your career development. Our excellent training team will help you become a qualified Support Worker, paving the way for a career in care.
