Support Worker (UK Driving Licence Desirable) - Supported Living

We are seeking Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Supported Living.

Your role will involve supporting individuals with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.

We are looking for Support Workers with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, caring, and able to remain calm when needed. Experience is not essential; we value the right attitude and shared values. We will provide first-class training when you join and throughout your career at Hesley Group.
We support your progression, including assistance with your Level 2 qualification to become a fully qualified Support Worker. We value our employees and invest in their development.
