Here at The Limes we are looking for support workers who are compassionate and positive individuals who can provide the person centred care requirements for a young adult we support. Support workers provide support for young adults who have autism, learning disabilities and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker within our service, you will be integral in developing the skills of our young people. The Limes is a specialist residential service, offering education and care for up to 52 weeks per year for adults aged 18 to 25. Living and learning together is what we do at The Limes. As a Support Worker you would support our young people develop the skills to attend an educational setting as well as learn how to develop greater independence skills in their day to day lives. Your work will be enriching as well as fun! No two days will be the same, you will be part of creating memories for the people we support.

Hours of work

Full time average of 37 hours per week 4 on 2 off

  • 2x Earlies 07:15 – 16:00
  • 2x Lates 15:00 – 21:30

About You

We are looking for Support Workers to join our specialist, residential service at The Limes. We have a number of male individuals who require male support workers as this may involve supporting with personal and intimate care.

You must align to our Hesley Group values, with a positive attitude who have a person centred approach.

It would be advantageous if you have a level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in health and social care. If you don\\\'t, not to worry we will support you through your qualifications to become a qualified support worker.

Due to current workforce planning requirements, we are currently prioritising applications from candidates with indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK, but we continue to welcome applications from all candidates regardless of their sponsorship/settled status.
