About The Role

Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our Adult\’s Service, Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe?

You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. If you have a keen interest in this field, even better!
If you live outside of Scunthorpe, a Driving Licence and vehicle are required as public transport is not available at the correct times.
You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off.
This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00 – 14:30) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:45 – 22:00).
This is a rewarding, fulfilling, and important role with an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people who live at Dragonby Road.

About You

We are looking for Support Workers with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing and caring, but with a calm demeanor when needed. Experience is not necessary; the right attitude and shared values are what matter. We will provide first-class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We support your progression, including through Level 2 qualification support to become a fully qualified Support Worker.
