About The Role
Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our Adult's Service, Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe? You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs with their daily routines, helping them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. We will provide first‑class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you through your Level‑2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off. This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00‑14:30) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:45‑22:00). Due to current workforce planning requirements, we are currently prioritising applications from candidates with indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK, but we continue to welcome applications from all candidates regardless of their sponsorship/settled status. If you live outside of Scunthorpe a driving licence and vehicle would be required as public transport is not available at the correct times.
About You
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, are outgoing and caring, and have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values.
