At Hesley Group, we put people first and recognise the hard work and dedication of all our colleagues. We’re committed to always being the best we can be, setting high standards and striving for excellence in everything we do. You don’t need any experience – just the right values.
As a Support Worker you will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. The people we support lead very active lives and enjoy activities such as theme parks and funfair rides, swimming, cycling, gym sessions and days out — so we’re looking for colleagues who feel confident getting involved and supporting them with the things they love. If you have a keen interest in one even better! No two days will be the same and you will be part of creating memories for the people we support.
This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to build a meaningful connection and support someone to live life to the fullest.
While the contracted hours are 37 per week, the majority of shifts will be long days, as these best suits the lifestyle, routines and preferences of the people we support. Your shift pattern can be discussed but must meet the needs of the service. Shifts include mornings (07:15–14:45), afternoons (14:15–21:45), long days and weekend work.
