Meadow View are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to join the Administrative Team. You will be responsible for actively contributing to the administrative duties and additionally acting as line manager to other staff in the team. This is a key role because there is a significant quality assurance aspect to it, ensuring that in addition to your own work, that the work produced by other team members also reaches high standards.
You will be a confident individual with strong administrative and IT skills. You will have exceptional organisational skills and will ensure a reliable and competent service is provided. Quality assurance and confidentiality will prove important as well as a proactive and professional approach to all tasks.
This is a permanent position working Monday-Friday 08:30am-4.30pm.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration (may achieve this whilst in post)
- Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment.
- Experience of organising multiple tasks and managing own time.
- Ability to use current versions of Microsoft Office applications competently (Word, Excel, Outlook)
