As Director of Adult Services, you will lead the operational delivery, development and strategic direction of Hesley Group's adult services. You will be responsible for ensuring services operate effectively, safely and sustainably while maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance and performance. Working closely with our Executive Team and Senior Leaders across the organisation, you will drive service quality, operational excellence and growth, ensuring our services continue to meet the evolving needs of the people we support, commissioners and stakeholders. You will also oversee the delivery of key strategic objectives, contribute to organisational development plans and ensure adult services remain financially robust, innovative and outcome focused. Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic and operational leadership, leading and develop high-performing operational teams across multiple locations. - Ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements. - Drive quality improvement, innovation and best practice across services. - Hold responsibility for operational performance, budget management and financial sustainability. - Develop strong relationships with commissioners, regulators, families and external stakeholders. - Support organisational growth, development opportunities and new service initiatives. - Monitor sector developments, legislative changes and emerging opportunities to ensure services remain progressive and responsive. - Work collaboratively with colleagues across Quality, Therapeutic Services, Workforce Development and Corporate Services to achieve excellent outcomes.
