About The Role
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing all invoices related to internal maintenance work.
- Logging invoices, pairing delivery notes, receipting orders, and sending them to sites for payment authorization.
- Responding to invoice queries both externally and with the internal Accounts Department.
- Updating the Approved Contractors Database to ensure all documentation is current.
- Updating the Cap Ex spreadsheet and tracking Op Ex costs.
- Assisting with auditing Cap Ex expenditure in conjunction with the Accounts Department and supporting the Facilities Manager.
- Maintaining the E&F Department\βs central folders.
- Ensuring all H&S compliance documentation is up to date.
- Supporting department leadership with general administration and queries.
