As a Support Worker, you would support adults with autism, learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs with their daily routines, helping them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. If you have a keen interest in one, even better! Your rota will be 4 days working, 2 days off:

  • Earlies: Weekday 7:30am - 2:45pm; Weekends - 7:30am - 1:45pm
  • Lates: Weekday 1:45pm - 10pm; Weekends 1:15pm - 10pm

About You

We are looking for a Driver Support Worker to help the people we support access trips and opportunities within the wider community. This role is all about enabling choice and independence. Hours are flexible and shaped around the needs, interests, and goals of the people we support – whether that’s visits, activities, or new experiences they’d like to explore.

What you need to know:

  • Flexible role, including evening and weekend work
  • You must be able to drive and have held a full licence for at least 2 years
  • Experience driving manual and automatic vehicles is essential
  • This is not just a driving role – you’ll also provide direct care and support where needed, building positive and supportive relationships
