Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Lead, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Quality and Compliance Officer who can support assurance activity, celebrate what works well, and help identify areas for development. Your Mission: As our Quality and Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our assurance framework. Everything you do will help ensure safe, high-quality care for the people we support. You will:

  • Carry out audits and compliance checks across care and support functions.
  • Analyse data and feedback to highlight strengths and gaps.
  • Produce clear, well-structured reports that provide evidence-based findings and practical insights, enabling managers to develop effective action plans.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and teams, building trust and promoting a constructive approach to quality.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately, ensuring risks are managed effectively.

This role involves travel across our services, so flexibility is essential.

About You: What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing (health or social care preferred).
  • Knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding principles.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build positive relationships at all levels.
  • A values-led approach, with resilience and a constructive mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or willingness to work towards this).
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
