Location: Low Laithes, Wombwell, Barnsley. We are looking to appoint a full-time Secretary at Low Laithes. You will be responsible for helping to provide an efficient and accessible administration service to support the smooth running and effective management of the care service. The job requires both efficiency and well‑developed personal skills. You will be a confident individual with strong administrative and IT skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a proactive and professional approach to all tasks. Quality assurance and confidentiality will be important.
About You
- Recognised typing/word processing qualification
- Minimum GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent competence)
- Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment
- Proficiency in current versions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
