Our newly refurbished and rebranded premium pub in Cheadle Hulme is looking for a brilliant Assistant Manager to support and lead alongside a fantastic management team.
With 200 indoor covers and a further 230 outside, this is a big, busy, food-led site that will be a true community hub.
Expect a fresh, seasonal menu, classic pub favourites with a premium twist, and a new team to develop and lead.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our pub.
That means you'll be serving guests in the bar & restaurant, training & leading our team and managing busy services & special events.
As Assistant Manager at Almond Family Pubs, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.
- A passion for everything hospitality, a smile and ability to entertain our customers and nurture our team
- Be warm and friendly with natural ‘presence’
- The ability to deliver outstanding customer service leading to exceptional guest satisfaction
- Ability to train, coach and mentor the front of house team
- Be reliable and flexible
- Competent use the EPOS, back office stock systems, HR and Microsoft packages
