As we prepare for our next CQC inspection, we are seeking a strong, visible and clinically confident Deputy Manager to work alongside the Home Manager and lead our clinical team with clarity, compassion and confidence. This is a role for a hands‐on clinical leader someone who thrives on improving standards, supporting teams, and ensuring residents receive care that is not only safe and compliant, but genuinely person‐centred and meaningful.
About the Role
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day‐to‐day life of the home. You will lead by example on the floor, drive clinical excellence, and support the Home Manager in embedding best practice across nursing, dementia and residential care.
You will be instrumental in:
- Strengthening clinical governance and care delivery.
- Supporting the team through coaching, development and leadership.
- Ensuring residents and families feel confident, listened to and supported.
- Helping prepare the home for inspection and continuous improvement.
