This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-led, growing hospitality group with an outstanding reputation for looking after their people and developing careers.
The business operates a stunning collection of high-quality venues where standards are high, the food is fresh and locally sourced, and customer experience is everything. It is successful both as a destination venue and a thriving local favourite with a loyal regular trade.

Someone who enjoys being on the floor, behind the bar, chatting with guests from all walks of life and helping create a memorable customer experience every day. This role would suit someone currently working within a quality gastro pub or fresh food pub operation who is looking to step into a business where they can really make their mark and progress their career.

- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating, training and developing teams
- Good commercial awareness including stock control, GP management and driving sales
- High standards across food, drink and service delivery
- Ambitious and eager to develop into a broader management role, including future involvement with the bedrooms side of the business
- Experience from either quality independents, premium gastro pub groups or a combination of both would be ideal
The company offers excellent support, genuine progression opportunities, incentives, trips and a positive culture where hard work and personality are recognised and rewarded.
Package:
- Starting salary around £34,000 depending on experience
- Excellent tronc and tips
- Company incentives and trips
