The Role

You'll bring creativity, energy and exceptionally high standards, leading from the front and working closely with your kitchen team to consistently deliver fresh, seasonal dishes that keep guests coming back time and time again. This is a hands-on role within a busy, food-led operation with bedrooms, where quality, consistency and guest satisfaction are paramount.

About You
