We’re recruiting for a proactive and passionate Business Development Manager to join an exciting cutting-edge Bar & Restaurant operator. This role will look after their Edinburgh venue and be responsible for securing corporate business within a fantastic venue.
You will be joining an exciting growing company, working with their cutting-edge brands, and a great sales team where support and progression are on offer.
We are looking for a passionate salesperson who will be the face of the business, maximising brand awareness and creating long standing relationships to increase top-line sales.
The role:
- Identify partnership opportunities across the Edinburgh area
- Maintain existing relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Pro-actively drive brand awareness to the corporate market and local businesses.
- Plan & coordinate internal events to achieve objectives
- Identify and understand the business needs and objectives to identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate liaison between sales and other internal departments.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on all activity and sales progress
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in sales and business development within the hospitality industry is essential.
- You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage and secure multiple leads
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident working with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, activities, and customer interactions.
