The Role

  • Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver warm, engaging, and memorable guest experiences
  • Be highly visible on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring exceptional service standards at all times
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued and looked after
  • Drive high standards across service, presentation, and product quality
  • Train and mentor the team in cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium customer service
  • Encourage the team to confidently recommend drinks and enhance the guest journey
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the bar operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, GP management, and minimising wastage
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team performance

About You

We're looking for a natural host with a passion for people and hospitality. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Bar Manager or senior supervisory role within a quality hospitality environment
  • Strong cocktail, wine, and premium spirits knowledge
