The Role
- As Landlords, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the inn, including:
- Leading front-of-house operations and maintaining exceptional standards

- Creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to linger and return
- Acting as true hosts—building relationships, not just managing service
