We are recruiting for a proactive and passionate Sales Manager to join an exciting cutting-edge Bar & Restaurant operator. This role will look after their Newcastle venues and be responsible for securing corporate business and event package sales. You will be joining an exciting growing company, working with their cutting-edge brands, and a great sales team where support and progression are on offer.
We are looking for a passionate sales and events person who has a strong hospitality background and will be the face of the business, maximising brand awareness and creating long standing relationships to increase top-line sales.
The role:
- Identify partnership opportunities across the Newcastle / North East area
- Maintain existing relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Pro-actively drive brand awareness to the corporate market and local businesses
- Plan & coordinate internal events to achieve objectives working closely with the onsite GMs
- Identify and understand the business needs and objectives to identify new sales opportunities
- Coordinate liaison between sales and other internal departments
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on all activities
