Our client, a highly-regarded and successful hospitality operator with a portfolio of unusual, breath-taking restaurant concepts, serving amazing food in prime locations, are looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven, well-networked and proactive Sales and Events Manager for their operation based in Leeds. The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants and brands across the UK and overseas. Still relatively young yet highly successful with a fantastic reputation as an employer, they pride themselves for being ahead of their competitors and providing their guests with a unique dining experience.
The Sales and Events Manager will drive the sales strategy in order to maximise sales for this already popular operation. As a real self-starter, you will have a strong passion for and confidently drive new sales opportunities whilst nurturing long term client relationships for the operation. You will also need to be well-networked and have strong local knowledge of the Leeds hospitality market for this role. You will utilise data and insights to create a data driven sales strategy and use real-time insights to identify high-potential sales opportunities. Naturally you will possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, be extremely well presented and passionate about delivering the very highest standards of customer service.
Required Experience:
- Solid Sales and Events Manager experience working for a busy premium and high volume restaurant and bar operator.
- A well-networked, commercially driven, tenacious and target driven individual that thrives on forming new business relationships and understands the impact it has on the business.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and execute sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A great personality - fun, passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
- Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
- A great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with the hosting team, front of house team, senior management and others involved.
Salary Package:
The salary package for this great role is £38,650 + Monthly Commission.
