This is your opportunity to take the reins of a high-profile, design-led venue where no two days are the same. You’ll be the heartbeat of our weddings and events operation—running each one end-to-end with precision, creativity, warmth, and flair.

From orchestrating beautifully curated weddings to delivering flawless high-end events, you’ll be the face of the venue: energising your team, delighting couples and clients, and ensuring the day shines from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years’ experience running weddings and events end-to-end in a similar high-quality setting.
• A natural communicator who can lead, motivate, and inspire teams with diverse talents and personalities.
• Confident financial acumen, including managing P&L, GP, revenue, and quality controls—and understanding how these shape business success.
• A hands-on, organised and personable approach with an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle—this is essential due to occasional travel and off-site requirements as some events may be hosted off-site at other locations in the city.
