Our client, a highly-regarded and successful hospitality operator with a portfolio of unusual, breath-taking restaurant concepts, is looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven, well-networked and proactive Business Development Manager to drive the sales strategy for its Leeds operation. The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants and brands across the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategy to maximise sales for the existing high-end operation.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Utilise data and real-time insights to create a data-driven sales strategy and target high-potential opportunities.
- Maintain a positive attitude, excellent communication, and a highly presentable image to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Solid Business Development Manager experience with a busy premium and high-volume restaurant and bar operator.
- Well-networked, commercially driven, tenacious, and target-oriented with a passion for forming new business relationships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinker capable of implementing and executing sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A great personality – fun, passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic, people-focused, and adaptable to all personalities.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent at developing relationships with hosting teams, front of house staff, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits
