We are recruiting for a passionate HR Manager who will thrive in a hospitality environment and create outstanding workplace experiences. This role requires a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to guide and coach Heads of Departments and help shape the company culture while supporting the management team in delivering excellence.

In this standalone role, you will lead the HR function within a hotel operation, working closely with the General Manager and Heads of Departments to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. You will also be supported by the wider HR team within the company.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring every new starter feels welcomed and set up for success.
  • Play a key part in supporting and coaching managers on Employee Relations, performance, and absence management.
  • Oversee payroll input, rota accuracy, and workforce planning.
  • Drive performance and talent reviews, and promote development opportunities.
  • Deliver training sessions and ensure compliance across HR processes (right-to-work, visas, training).
  • Lead Engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and staff forums.
