We're looking for a chef who masters the classics but isn't afraid to challenge them. Someone who can transform traditional British desserts, create exceptional afternoon tea and bring fresh thinking to contemporary pâtisserie — always putting flavour, quality and execution first. The Opportunity Creative ownership of the pastry offering, from afternoon tea to lunch and dinner desserts. The freedom to develop seasonal menus, experiment with flavours and establish your own style. Leadership of a small team within an ambitious, quality-driven culinary operation. Who We're Looking For We're keen to hear from established Head Pastry Chefs, as well as exceptional Pastry Sous Chefs ready to step up. You'll bring outstanding classical technique, creative flair, strong afternoon tea experience and the ability to deliver exceptional pastry at volume. Experience in a AA Rosette/Michelin-recognised kitchen is highly desirable, alongside strong leadership, organisation and commercial awareness.
