Required experience:
- Solid hands-on experience as Head Chef/Kitchen Manager or a Senior Sous Chef looking to take on their own kitchen.
- A real passion to provide outstanding food, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide well-presented quality dishes.
- Ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment following food safety management procedures and records that meet all required standards.
- Experience of leading, motivating, training and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skillsets.
- Strong financial knowledge (GPs, revenue, quality/portion control).
- A great personality - fun, passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
- A great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with the kitchen team, front of house team, senior management and others involved.
- The ability to ensure that the team are working to the highest standards, adhering to all policies and procedures.
