An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join a prestigious commercial property in Reading, supporting the day-to-day operation of a high-profile, multi-occupancy building. Reporting to the Building Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional occupier and guest experience while supporting the smooth operational management of the site. This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house excellence with operational coordination, stakeholder engagement and facilities support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality, property or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering first-class service.

The Role

  • Acting as the main point of contact for occupiers, visitors and contractors
  • Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and customer experience at all times
  • Managing occupier queries, resolving issues and maintaining strong communication
  • Supporting the day-to-day building operation and service delivery
  • Coordinating supplier activity and scheduled maintenance works
