My client is an ambitious, fast-growing premium restaurant operator with a reputation for creating high-energy, design-led restaurants where exceptional food, drinks and hospitality come together.
They are now looking for an outstanding Restaurant Manager to join their established Edinburgh operation a high-profile destination restaurant that is already making its mark in the city.

The Role Were looking for a Restaurant Manager who genuinely loves being on the floor and thrives in a busy, high-volume environment.
Youll be a highly visible leader, setting the tone for the entire restaurant and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Youll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop a large front-of-house team, drive commercial performance and ensure consistently exceptional standards across every service.
This is a role for a natural host and hands-on operator who leads from the front, gets involved and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the restaurant is flying.
The Person Youre a confident, charismatic and commercially minded hospitality leader with a proven background in premium, quality-led restaurants.
You know what great hospitality looks like, you understand how to create energy on the floor and, most importantly, you genuinely enjoy engaging with guests and developing your team.
Youll be someone who naturally commands a room, builds strong relationships and brings a real sense of personality and energy to the operation.
What Youll Bring Proven experience managing a high-volume, premium restaurant
Strong leadership experience within large front-of-house teams

A confident, visible presence on the restaurant floor
