Receptionist 6-month FTC
Location: Manchester city centre
Salary Package: £24,960 per annum (increasing 1st April)
Monday to Friday Daytime hours NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS
We are recruiting for an exceptional Receptionist to join an impressive, serviced office operation in Manchester. This is a varied and exciting role where you will act as the face of the business to members and private office clients assisting with enquiries, bookings, administration and events.

The ideal candidate:
- You will be an outgoing, customer focused receptionist as well as a fantastic host and face of the business.
- You will ideally have experience in an admin / reception customer faced role or within the hospitality sector.
- We are looking for a brand ambassador for the company that is always looking to exceed guest expectation.
- You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport with regular tenants and visitors alike.
- You will be IT literate and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong administration skills.
- You will be well presented, have a positive energy and welcoming demeanour.
Responsibilities
- Host duties Meeting and greeting visitors as they enter the building.
- Providing show arounds for potential tenants and guests.
- Accurately recording calls and visits and ensuring messages are passed to the correct people in a timely manner.
- Driving the Guest Services offering.
- Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming the first point of contact for tenants and visitors within the building.
- Assisting tenants and visitors with any day-to-day needs
