Salary: £35,000 per annum plus commission and company benefits

Hesketh James are currently looking to recruit a Community Manager for a highly regarded operator with an exceptional reputation for delivering some of the most impressive workspaces across the UK.

Their buildings are home to both fledgling and more mature businesses, providing dynamic and inspirational workspaces to meet all business needs, alongside the highest levels of customer service for their prestigious clients.

The role :

The role of Community Manager is to deliver a compliant, customer focussed operation where exceptional customer service and guest experience is at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for building relationships with the local community and developing an innovative events calendar that engages stakeholders.

Required skills:

Previous management experience within workspace operations.

Financial acumen and budget management.

Experience in leading projects on time to deliver outstanding client experiences.

High level of commercial acumen

Excellent account management skills

A proactive problem solver, who can think quickly and make decisions when problems arise.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.

The package:

In addition to a basic salary of £35,000 per annum you will also receive commission payments, 27 days annual leave, company benefits and amazing opportunities to grow and develop your career with this market leading business.
