Our client, an award-winning international hotel operator, is looking to recruit an exceptional Director of Sales & Marketing to join a high-end hotel renowned for its service excellence and distinctive guest experience. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic, commercially driven sales and marketing leader to represent a property at the forefront of its market, driving revenue growth, cultivating high-value relationships, and further enhancing the hotel’s excellent reputation. The successful candidate will combine proven hotel sales and marketing expertise with the confidence and vision to sell a truly exceptional product.
Required experience:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting leisure, MICE, travel trade, and corporate segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Manage key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts, building long-term relationships.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to drive commercial decisions.
- Represent the hotel at tradeshows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimise business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a high-impact digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and direct bookings.
