What You’ll Bring- At least 2 years’ experience running weddings and events end-to-end in a similar high-quality setting.
- A natural communicator who can lead, motivate, and inspire teams with diverse talents and personalities.
- Confident financial acumen, including managing P&L, GP, revenue, and quality controls—and understanding how these shape business success.
- A hands-on, organised and personable approach with an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle—this is essential due to occasional travel and off-site requirements as some events may be hosted off-site at other locations in the city.
