We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Deputy General Manager to join a vibrant and forward-thinking bar and restaurant operation within an innovative national brand. This is a senior leadership role in a high-volume, high-quality cocktail bar, restaurant, and event space in the heart of Manchester’s bustling city centre.

As a Deputy General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, supporting the General Manager in ensuring the venue consistently delivers exceptional experiences for guests while driving operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to maintain the highest standards of service, while also focusing on driving profitability and creating exciting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-quality cocktail bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas.
  • Step up in the General Manager’s absence, assuming full responsibility for the venue and its performance.
