Job Description
HESCO, an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and United Kingdom.
We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of both modern engineering practices and traditional construction techniques, with proven experience in sensitive and technically demanding restoration projects.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
The project involves a building of high historical value and presents a variety of structural pathologies that require thorough and specialised assessment.
- Conducting a full structural assessment of the existing building
- Identifying and analysing both visible and hidden structural pathologies
- Performing foundation and geotechnical investigations
- Collaborating with heritage and conservation authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations
- Working closely with architectural and restoration teams to ensure technical consistency throughout the renovation process
