Havering Adult College is seeking a Curriculum Development Manager to lead growth across Arts & Crafts, Languages (including BSL) and SEND provision. You will develop new courses, build partnerships, and drive learner participation with a focus on financial sustainability.
The role combines leadership of teaching staff with strategic, data-informed curriculum design, working across Council and College venues with hybrid arrangements.
