Position Overview The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University\’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. 2+ years of experience working on the Marketing Cloud platform required. Expertise in Marketing Cloud as an administrator, architect, or advanced developer, with working knowledge of connectors, data extensions, and API integrations with external systems. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Experience with ETL or middleware tools. Prior experience as a Data Cloud administrator or architect preferred. Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud Certifications preferred. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $81,400 to $110,200, based on qualifications and experience. Learn more about careers at Herzing University . Key Responsibilities Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy. Design, oversee, and configure technical architecture of systems utilizing Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms. Build and run analytics reports and dashboards to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness. Create Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud segments and automations. Collaborate with external teams, including IT, on integrations, security, and data governance. Provide solutions through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, including design, configuration, and testing. Assist with database management, data integrity, security, and compliance related to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud data. Develop and maintain SQL queries and automations to ensure system stability and data accuracy. Create and run analytics reports related to marketing automations. Physical Requirements Remain stationary most of the time; occasionally move around the work location. Operate office and teaching equipment, including computers and audiovisual tools. Communicate effectively via voice and hearing, face-to-face or over the phone. Identify, observe, and assess visually or otherwise. Occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds. Willing to travel occasionally to Milwaukee, WI – Herzing University Home Office.
