Requirements for Qualification Master of Science in Nursing required DNP, PhD or Certified Nurse Educator beneficial Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the State of Alabama Professional Nursing experience aligned with assigned courses of instruction This position requires individuals with knowledge of professional career paths and demands in nursing, as well as the ability to inspire students to achieve their highest potential and meet employer expectations. Pay and Benefits Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. The salary range is $73,300 to $99,200. Benefits include a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan. Physical Requirements Remain stationary for 50% of the time Move quickly around campus and clinical settings Communicate verbally with students and staff Observe and assess visually or otherwise Operate relevant equipment Travel for off-site meetings or clinical observations For clinical programs, additional requirements include standing, reaching, finger dexterity, normal vision and hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
