Was dich ausmacht:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, etc.)
- Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Merchandise Planning, in der Disposition oder im Bestandsmanagement sammeln
- Dein analytisches Denkvermögen und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist flexibel und arbeitest auch im Tagesgeschäft mit einem hohen Anspruch an operative Exzellenz
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
Deine neue Aufgabe:
- Erstaufträge und Nachbestellungen: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Erstbestellungen und sorgst dafür, dass Nachbestellungen präzise prognostiziert und erfasst werden
- Order- und Bestandsmanagement: Du verwaltest und überwachst Bestellungen, inklusive der Verfolgung von Lieferterminen, und stellst durch optimale Lagerhaltung sicher, dass weder Über- noch Unterversorgungen auftreten
- Warenverfügbarkeit und Erstbelieferung: Du gewährleistest, dass Produkte stets verfügbar sind, und planst sowie steuerst die Erstbelieferung unserer Filialen
- Nachversorgung und Saisonspitzen: Du organisierst Nachbestellungen und Last-Push-Aktionen und meisterst die Herausforderungen von Spitzenzeiten sowie das Auslaufmanagement
