  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, HR oder Recht.
  • Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem HR-Umfeld mit.

Deine neue Aufgabe:

  • UnterstĂĽtzung der HR Business Partner: Du unterstĂĽtzt die HR Business Partner operativ und administrativ im Tagesgeschäft, sowohl in Bezug auf die Hervis Zentrale wie auch unsere Stores.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen und -zusätze, Zeugnisse und Bestätigungen nach Vorgaben entlang des Employee Lifecycle.
  • Neukonzeption und Transformation: Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Neukonzeption von HR-Prozessen und arbeitest an HR-Transformationsprojekten mit.
  • Administration und Lohnverrechnung: Du ĂĽbernimmst weitere personaladministrative Prozesse, wie die Zeiterfassung und fungierst als Schnittstelle zur externen Lohnverrechnung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
